Austin attended Wenatchee Valley Community in the Northwest Athletic Conference. (Wood Bat League) While attending Wenatchee Valley he was rated a top 300 Juco player in the country by Pertect Game (2019), Received an NWAC Eastern Region Gold Glove, 1st team All NWAC Outfielder, Broke the single season home run record with 13 in 46 games, and broke the career home run record with 20. After attending Wenatchee Austin committed to West Virginia University (Power 5 D1). Post Covid Austin transferred to Salem University where he played a top 10 Division 2 schedule in the country. In 39 games he made 0 errors, 7 assists in the outfield, and broke the single season home run record with 13. Austin finished his career at Youngstown State University (D1).
Austin has worked with professional players and coaches such as Curt Nelson, Cody Atkinson, Eli Konsker, Doug Latta, and Craig Hyatt, and continues to train various Minor League Athletes in the MLB Team Organizations.
Dylan attended Lane CC in Eugene, Oregon who competes in the NWACC (Wood Bat) where over the course of two years racked up over 100 hits and earned a First Team All Region selection along with a Gold Glove playing middle infield. After two years he transferred to St. Martins University (D2) where he went on to play his final two seasons. At SMU, Dylan earned a 2nd team all GNAC Conference selection and received his team’s offensive MVP Award in his final season. At both Lane and St. Martins, he received All Conference Academic honors. Fresh out of college and new to the Nashville area, Dylan is excited to help the next generation of players reach their full potential as players!

2018-2020 he attended Williston State College (Junior College) in the Mon-Dak conference. In 2019 he earned 1st Team all conference and 1st team all region. In 2020 Covid hit. 2021 he Transferred to a division II school, Salem university in WV where he played a top ranked schedule. After Salem he transferred to Mayville State University. Through 90 games in the 2022 and 2023 seasons he had a combined .380BA, 39 doubles, 4 triples, and 9 home runs. From behind the plate he had a .990 fielding percentage while throwing out a total of 30 runners. In both seasons he was 1st Team All conference in the North Star Conference.
